 The Bora Collection by Henrik Pedersen

The newly introduced Bora collection by Henrik Pedersen is perhaps the best embodiment of the idea of expanding our style while adhering to the well-known Gloster aesthetic. The combination of an expansive circular back with a classical Scandinavian-style frame represents a brand-new direction for our catalogue, while the usage of familiar color combinations and weave style for the wicker weave help make this collection a strong pairing with many other elements of the Gloster catalogue.

The matching Sorrel finish and nearly identical Umber and Carob finished used on Bora and Ambient Mesh lanterns create a harmonious pairing.

A little from this sea, a little from that. The lines, strength and integrity of Scandinavian design cannot be missed in Bora’s frame, but the intricate use of woven fibres is different. They are inspired by island life of a much more tropical setting. Maybe it was the Bora winds that tumbled the materials together.”
