Gloster embraces this metaphor - the spirit of adventure. We searched for a place of balance, of calm and quiet harmony, and reaching it felt like a joyful homecoming - the moment travel finally finds its reason.

Every journey carries the hope of returning somewhere that feels like home. Inspired by the island Odysseus longed for, Ithaca captures a sense of calm, belonging and escape. Created by AMDL Circle, the collection pairs sculptural solid teak frames with generous cushions to create spaces that invite rest and reconnection. Warm, welcoming and quietly refined, Ithaca brings the tranquillity of a distant shore to outdoor living - a place to arrive, unwind and stay awhile.

Created by AMDL Circle, the studio founded by Michele De Lucchi, Ithaca honours the natural strength and beauty of solid teak and the mastery of Gloster’s craftspeople. The focal point of Ithaca’s frame, uniquely octagonal in section, is a slender diagonal that is at once architectural and organic, balancing precise geometry with whimsy. Generous, deeply comfortable cushions - available in a wide selection of outdoor fabrics - soften the framework, with seating distinct to each piece combining statement and refinement with practicality.

In the Milanese dialect, Amìes means friends - those who gather close, sharing time, conversation and easy moments outdoors. Designed by brothers Gabriele and Oscar Buratti, the collection brings architectural clarity to everyday living, combining a refined aluminium frame with a supportive sling seat and back for lasting comfort in all seasons. Clean lines, restrained finishes and durable materials create a quiet, enduring elegance - furniture made to stay, to be relied upon, and to bring people together year after year.

From the architecture and design studio Buratti Architetti, Milan, brothers Gabriele and Oscar Buratti consolidate this sense of friendship with visual clarity and material rigour. Precisely formed, Amìes aluminium frame is finished in Meteor, Bone or Sage powder coat and supports a tensioned seat and back in complementary Anthracite, Cloud or Avacado PVC sling. Engineered for comfort, strength and resilience in all climates, stainless steel accents complete the collection with Gloster’s ubiquitous attention to detail.
