Gloster at ORGATEC and idd cologne 2026

Where Work Meets Wellbeing. Gloster brings enduring design and exceptional comfort to the evolving world of hybrid working at ORGATEC.

Although niche when compared to global design giant Salone del Mobile in Milan, ORGATEC holds a vital position within a specialist market. Having evolved into one of the leading international platforms for workplace design, the Germany based international design show brings the entire workplace ecosystem under one roof - from premium furniture, lighting and acoustics to technology, materials and innovative interior and exterior solutions. Naturally it has become a focal point for architects, designers, specifiers, dealers and corporate decision-makers to meet and combine business opportunities with fresh thinking on how people work and interact with their environments.

Gloster Novelties Brochure at Orgatec 2026

As a respected voice in the premium furniture world, Gloster simply couldn't miss the 2026 Orgatec event and chose to follow up an exemplary Salone Del Mobile attendance to further position its vision for 2027 at the Cologne show.

Applying a refined concept influenced by the Milan exhibition space and displaying collections that balance architectural clarity with comfort and functionality the latest booth used a concrete effect laminated floor paired with signature dune grass wall imagery to create a natural, calm and tactile environment contrasting impressively with the industrial iron and glass Cologne exhibition hall. Plentiful natural light was pierced with accent spots to draw attention to new collections and accompanying established favourites.

Gloster Ithaca Collection at Orgatec 2026

Positioned front and centre, the new Amies and Ithaca collections took focus, mixing natural shades of green, red ochre and calico with hand finished teak and formed aluminium with the updated Gloster logo as debuted at Milan, highlighting the beginning of a broader brand evolution through 2026 and into 2027.

Gloster Amies Collection at Orgatec 2026

A walk through Glosters’ design space reveals an indulgent seating selection. Inspired by the island Odysseus longed for, Ithaca captures a sense of calm, belonging and escape. Created by AMDL Circle, the collection pairs sculptural solid teak frames with generous cushions to create spaces that invite rest and reconnection. Next is the dining collection Amies - friends in Milanese dialect. Those who gather close, sharing time, conversation and easy moments outdoors. Designed by brothers Gabriele and Oscar Buratti, the collection brings architectural clarity to everyday living, combining a refined aluminium frame with a supportive sling seat and back for lasting comfort in all seasons. The clean lines, restrained finishes and durable materials of Amies Dining Chairs and Tables create a quiet, enduring elegance - furniture made to stay, to be relied upon, and to bring people together year after year.

Gloster Ithaca Collection at Orgatec 2026

Alongside the debut of Ithaca and Amies, Gloster also unveiled the new Senja tabletop solar LED lamp designed by Samuel Wilkinson, as well as an exciting new collection of outdoor rugs, further expanding our approach to creating layered outdoor spaces. These new additions were accompanied by timeless outdoor lighting classics Ambient Ray and Ambient Compass. Accessed via stairs, a private meeting mezzanine was furnished with stylish Bora and evocative Wrap dining chairs placed around iconic ceramic and teak Kasha dining tables.

Our display at ORGATEC continued the narrative that exceptional outdoor design goes beyond aesthetics, delivering intuitive functionality, enduring comfort, and effortless versatility. Gloster continually strives to perfect this balance, creating thoughtfully constructed furniture that not only looks refined but performs beautifully over time and supports the many ways - be it residential or commercial - people work, relax and connect outdoors.
