Sling
Sling is a generic term for a woven, open-mesh fabric made from a vinyl-coated, high-strength polyester yarn. Gloster uses premium Ferrari Batyline or Waytex woven vinyl for its sling furniture.
Frame Combinations
Traditionally, sling materials pair with powder-coated aluminium frames. Gloster has expanded this approach to include designs combining sling with teak and stainless steel frames as well.
Comfort
The primary advantage of sling is comfort. When pulled taut between side frames, the material creates a yielding seating surface that moulds to your individual body shape.
Care
Our Ferrari Batyline or Waytex woven vinyl is resistant to fading, mildew and wear & tear under the most severe weather conditions. Rinse with fresh water and wipe down with a soft cloth.
