(a) Our website uses the service of Google Maps to display interactive maps directly on the website and enable you to conveniently use the map function. 3.5 Integration of Vimeo Videos

(a) Our online offerings includes Vimeo videos, which are stored on http://www.vimeo.com and can be played directly from our website. We are unaware of the nature and extent of the data collected by Vimeo and have no control over its use. During integration, Vimeo may also be notified that your browser has accessed the corresponding page of this website, even if you do not have an account with Vimeo or are not logged into Vimeo. 3.6 Your Communications With Us Generally

We use this information to register your product and to provide you with important information such as warranty information.

(c) This information may also be used to contact you in the event of a product recall. You may decide not to provide contact information. Gloster may not be able to properly inform you of warranty information and recalls without certain information given when registering your Gloster products.

(d) Gloster may rely on the fulfillment of contract as its lawful basis or business purpose for processing your information under certain laws.

3.10 Purchasing Products from Gloster

(a) You may purchase products from Gloster through its website by creating an account that requires you to provide your name and email address. To complete your purchase, you must also share shipping and billing information, such as your address or credit card information.

(b) Gloster has a legitimate interest and business purpose in processing payment and shipping information.

3.11 Contests, Sweepstakes and Promotions

(a) From time to time, you may be able to participate in contests, sweepstakes and promotions offered by Gloster. If you choose to participate in these activities, we may collect personal data such as your name, mailing address, telephone number, email address, date of birth or age, and preferences. 4.1 In the past 12 months, we have disclosed personal information to our vendors and other third parties for business and operational purposes. As a part of providing services on behalf of Gloster, our vendors may need to process your personal data (such as your email address or your payment information) in order to fulfill a service you have requested from us.

5. Consumer Rights Under the California Consumer Privacy Act

5.1 Certain countries and states’ privacy laws provide certain rights for individual consumers. Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”), for instance, a California resident has the right to request that the business disclose what personal information it collects, uses, discloses, and sells. A verifiable consumer request allows you to request that we disclose to you the personal information we have collected about you. You may also request that we delete the personal information we have collected about you. In order to verify your request, you may need to provide us with proof of your identity including, for example, providing us with a copy of your driver’s’ license. A consumer may also designate an authorized agent to make a verifiable consumer request under the CCPA on the consumer’s behalf. If you use an authorized agent, we may require you to submit proof that the agent acts on your behalf.

5.4 Under California law, we cannot discriminate against you because you exercise your rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act. It is also important to note that you can enjoy Gloster’s website without providing personal data to us.

5.5 Children’s Information

We do not knowingly collect any information from children under the age of 16.
