Designers
Of course, great manufacturing is wasted without great design. We know that our furniture has to speak a language that is universally understood – a language that awakens curiosity, looks both forward and outwards, so the past and future merge into a bold present to which all can relate.
To achieve this end, Gloster currently works with a selection of world-renown designers to create timeless, elegant outdoor furniture.

Designer
Philip Behrens
Custom building bunk-beds at a young age was just the beginning for Phillip Behrens. As a childhood interest became a passion due to span over 35 years, Phillip earned a mechanical engineering degree Utah State University. After college, Behrens returned to his home country of Germany for three years to take part in an industrial woodworking apprenticeship.
