Terms and Policies

Payment is due before shipment unless credit has been approved. All orders without credit approval require a 50% deposit.

All orders are subject to acceptance by Gloster Furniture, Inc.

Our acceptance of your order will be made in the form of an order acknowledgement.

All orders must be in writing. Email orders are acceptable. Please review acknowledgements carefully for accuracy. At this time, your order is submitted for credit approval.

No cancellations, changes, adds or holds will be accepted for an order after acknowledgement.
If an order is changed whether frame, colour, order hold, add to, etc., the order will be placed at the end of the priority line.

Any applicable program will start again from the date of change. Any deviation from this policy will be subject to a 25% fee.

All prices shown are for single items. All prices are FOB South Boston, VA. Prices effective from 1st January 2026. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Prices submitted on customer purchase orders are not considered binding unless in concurrence with Gloster Furniture, Inc.’s own prices.

Customer is responsible for verifying their net price is in agreement with prices shown on order acknowledgements.

Allow up to 6 weeks or more depending on production and supply schedules. Please inquire if you have not been advised of our current cushion production lead-time.

Freight will be prepaid and added to your order if a participant in our shipping program.

All orders are shipped on pallets to reduce the risk of freight damage. Our freight carriers deliver directly to your dock. If a dock is not available, please request a liftgate in advance.

Customers who choose to opt-out of the Gloster Shipping Program and arrange to use a third-party carrier or self pick-up using their own vehicle will be assessed a 2% fee to cover associated Freight Preparation, Packaging, Pallets, Associated Materials and Administrative Handling. Please consult our sales staff for further information.

We try to edit our photos to show our product finishes and fabrics as life-like as possible, but colours reproduced in print will never be 100% representative of actual colour. We cannot guarantee that the colour you see in our literature or on-line, accurately portrays the true colour of the product in real-life lighting conditions.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS & COPYRIGHT
All Gloster collections have been exclusively designed by our company or have been developed for us by designers. All copyrights are owned by Gloster Furniture Limited. Registered designs applied for. All products carry the Gloster label and our trademark is protected by law. Infringements of our copyright by any party will be vigorously pursued. Gloster reserves the right to alter or amend the descriptions and specifications given in this publication in the light of technical developments and availability of materials.
