Lima Right High Back Corner / End Unit

Lima

A room within the room

The high back rises around you like a private enclosure. Designed by Henrik Pedersen, Lima creates a quiet boundary without walls — a place to retreat within open space. The woven wicker panel filters light and breeze, casting soft shadow across the seat. On a wide terrace or a narrow balcony, the module anchors one corner, inviting you to sit longer. The frame holds its line season after season, teak darkening to silver if left unsheltered, holding its honey tone under cover. Cushions soften the geometry. The piece feels substantial without weight, enclosing without confining. It reads as architecture at furniture scale.

Teak frame, wheat-woven back

The frame is cut from kiln-dried plantation teak, jointed and sanded to a natural finish that shows the grain. Each length is selected for density and colour consistency. The high back panel is woven from all-weather wicker in a warm wheat tone, tensioned across the frame and secured at mitred corners. The weave resists UV degradation and poolside chlorine without fading. Seat and back cushions are upholstered in high-performance outdoor fabric, treated against mildew and moisture penetration. The corner unit arrives flat-packed with assembly hardware and illustrated instructions. Teak weathers to pale grey outdoors or holds its amber hue with seasonal oil. Wicker requires only occasional rinsing. Protective covers extend the life of both fabric and frame through winter months.
